I want the banner to display the information those two boxes on the main page display. It can be done using PHP, which you don't have to do. I just want the banner.

Just make two boxes and fill in the information from those two boxes on his site for filler. He will have someone code it in so it will display latest information from his site.

I was just going to say that I think it will be really hard for us to fit all that content in and also make it look good, so if you have any ideas for structure and such, please provide them

My entry, i've just seen jeffs and that what i was trying to achieve (before even seeing jeffs) but hey here are my three entries.
On reflection there not great but a good first attempt at a banner EVER imo.
