The .me domain is a very good domain with creative uses like Artashes pointed out. But if you are looking to sell them, big companies and many business' still have it hammered into their heads that .com is the "true" domain, and if they don't have a .com they do not look professional.

.me will be more of a service industry or sex industry domain.

This will most certainly change in the future. There is just not enough capacity that .COM can provide and with growth of respectable businesses that use other extensions (Trillian.im or Lookbook.nu for example), search engines will start giving them more value as well.

For instance, you can reg such domain as Kiss(dot)me .. How do you think?

I can certainly see that occurring in the future. I think a .me domain would be good for a social networking site. It would stand out a little bit from the numerous ones which are available (ex. www.express.me).
