Works for me.
Looks good, nice to see someone who doesn't fall into that same generic design pattern.

Well, it workes for me now and I have to say, it looks fabulous. First impression was that it was one of the better sites I've seen in some time. I wouldn't have a tab for a blog if it isn't online yet though.
Good job ... outstanding.

Looks really good! Here's some things you might want to consider:
1.) I think the logo would look better in color, perhaps Blue to match all of your button hovers.
2.) Try some font embedding on the four black buttons. The italicized Tahoma(?) looks a bit jagged.
3.) For the box where it says "Awesome people I've worked with", I was expecting each of those logos to be buttons with hover effects. Maybe that'd be something you might want to change?
4.) The text and icons for each button on your navigation bar needs to go up one or two pixels.
That's about all I've got for you. I can tell by your detail that you haven't been designing for very long (by this I mean you've got a lot of techniques/styles to learn) but you've definitely got some great skills and an awesome eye for art.
You're going to be very successful if you stick with designing, I promise.
