Got it literally a couple of hours after my last post. It's certainly an improvement but won't stop me using Tweetdeck.

Dunno how others, but I finally get "Try new twitter" button . It`s cool, nothing to be excited with tho. For me they should focus on option that allows managing many accounts or I just can`t see it...

Still no new twitter for me, I hope they don't wind up like Digg, because I don't like the new Digg design at all.

I tried out the new Twitter layout using Firefox 3.6.6. Unfortunately, most of the page (the exception being the navigation bar at the top) would not display, and I had to start up another web browser (Opera) to get the page to properly display so I could go back to the old layout. As to what I thought of the layout when it properly displayed on Opera, I liked how much more detailed it was, but I could certainly live without it, since I would rather use Firefox for browsing, and do not want to open a separate browser for one page.

Are you serious? That would kill the entire concept of Twitter.

Twitter is crap at flowing a conversation together. I think @js_best4u has an idea, but it shouldn't be in the same format as facebook.

I've had a lot of decent conversations with people on Twitter lately. And I believe, that the conversations on Twitter are usually far more productive when compared with Facebook chats.

The layout.
Currently when you @ someone, by the time they reply a billion people have posted something new, making the flow of that particular discussion hard to focus on.
If you have a Blackberry think how they have structured the format of text messages -Something like that would be ideal.
