I find it funny and ironic actually; that the higher ups can claim to be doing the better for the board here. We're all open for people's opinions and suggestions. Yet, why remove them? I had originally agreed in this thread, that they should add prefixes to threads. Although it could take months to do it here, while I done it in 24 hours. Just because a point is proven right, doesn't mean you should delete others posts, and pretend it never existed.
Don't shove under the rug, what others suggest and say. Don't delete it, and brush it off as bullshit. Since my post was shoved under rug / deleted. No prefixes has been made. I've also pointed out a spammer, with fake signature. Reported it, chatted with a moderator about it. That person still stands here. I'm not one to talk though either, but if you're handling things like this, then I'm not sure.

Prefixes were discussed and we concluded that the marketplace to some degree already have them. We have seperate forums for looking to hire, services offered, looking for and wanting to sell.
I believe better filtering to be the solution, similar to the format of Flippa where you can easily sort by time, BIN price, traffic, offers etc.
Furthermore, the marketplace is something nobody should be rushing into with changes. The chance is there to revolutionize it and things shouldn't be taken lightely.
I hope you understand. (:

Remember, not all change is a change for the better. This is why getting things done at the speed of light is anything but a good thing, in fact it often means that you do without thinking.

saw the sticky about the marketplace, so is the main focus on the marketplace instead of the forum itself now?

This thread is about the forum in general.
That thread is specifically about the marketplace and its capabilities.
It doesn't have to be one or the other. The focus is on both.

I would like to see some sort of section for Tutorial Requests where users can make a thread requesting that one of the professionals here develop a tutorial on what they posted about.
Someone can then go through that forum and select one to start working on...this could add a great resource to the community after a while.
