Need a little help.
Hey guys,
I need people with great abilities in what they do, to write or create video tutorials for webdesign, computer graphics etc.
However, i'm struggling to find such people that would do such a thing. Any advice?
Thanks in advance.

Where to look isn't as important as discerning who to hire when you find them. Make sure they have work in both the field that they are teaching in and the field of teaching itself. It is fairly rare to find someone who can do something and effectively teach it; especially for beginner topics. Put listing on freelancer sites and see what you come up with.

I have used "elance" but you can google your topic and out source and get a few million reply's maybe. If you use elance or one of the main outsourse groups they will put it for bid and you get to pick what you want to pay.

Jen, I have created a few web usability and design articles in the past. As a full-time User Experience Designer in the industry, I would be willing to take on a few tutorial projects.
If you are still interested in someone that is able to produce a few, feel free to drop me a PM.
Thanks!
