Meh, I've come up with answers in my sleep to questions that i've wanted to have answered in my wake time, but when I woke up, that answer didnt make sense, at all. So I dont see this working.. hehe

Seriously, don't work like this! I actually ended up in Hospital a few years back because I was working crazy hours. Seriously, taking breaks and having normal good sleep is essential for your creativity. You get a lot more work done, in less time.

Agreed with sam, i became ill once before as well. My sleeping pattern still isnt right, but its better than what it used to be. I was sleeping at least 2-4 hours a day, drinking energy drinks to keep me awake whilst i worked, ended up with a flu type chest infection, black outs and sickness. Its common sense, and a fact, you need sleep! Don't try and think for one second that your superhuman and it wont effect you.

Interesting concept, however I can't see it'd work as well as one hopes.
Funny how there is no real evidence to back the theory up...
But it'd be nice to get more hours out of the day... ![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)
