BIN means 'Buy it now', and it doesn't have to be related to auctions.

Using a BIN is selling using a fixed price. The word is just associated with auctions because it's an option to use with eBay, but even they state: "Fixed price: Buyers can purchase your item immediately at the price you set, but they cannot bid on your item."
Considering this is a fixed price... There are no bids, not only that but there is no mention that this is a bid with a set start/end date.
You can't make lemonade with oranges.
That aside, what is the current highest offer you have for this? I'm interested but just want to know what offer is on the table right now.
