The designer I choose was
http://jerome118.deviantart.com. He had the largest portfolio of gaming-oriented websites, which made me feel more secure in him doing the job.
Just a tip to those whom read it: if you are interested in a large job, make sure your portfolio shows variety and is updated. I had way to many people who contacted me with links from imageshack and other image uploading websites. Other then your word, I have no proof you made these things. If you can't afford your own website, get a dA account - or somewhere similar. I also had some people who contacted me but claimed their portfolio hadn't been updated in awhile: why should I hire you if you can't even take the time to update what you show clients. Doesn't instill trust in me, personally.
Overall, a lot of nice designers. I look forward to coming back for several projects here in the next month. I hired one other person for the coding of the template into the CMS i'm using, and another one to transform the template into a more-skin like design.
Thanks,
Andrew
