Invoicing Applications
Hello.
I have been freelancing for two months now and am currently invoicing using a template I've created in Word and sending it as a PDF. It looks good, but it takes me time to edit it each time.
I would there for like to move to an online app. I've checked out Invoice Machine, FreshBooks and FreeAgent, but none of these seem to support invoicing in multiple currencies.
I have clients from the UK, Europe and US so need to invoice in pounds, euros and dollars.
Has anyone found an online app that has this ability? I did read that FreshBooks let you set up several accounts (one for each currency) so that might be an option.
Thanks,
Will

You may want to check out www.Xero.com
They are a little expensive for a freelance one-man show, but their featureset and expansion capabilities are immeasurable. Freshbooks, after you get a bunch of clients can get pretty pricy. At the time of this posting xero.com is offering $29 USD per month. Unlimited users, accounts, and so on.

Freshbook is good enough but more cureency support is a good idea.

I've never used it myself, but I've seen a lot of businesses using quickbooks. They go anywhere from free to $35/mo

Creative Pro Office is an Open Source web based project management and invoice application. To give it a fair rating, I believe there are better web based project management applications out there, but the invoicing portion is certainly a time saver! You can create clients, create invoices for each client, etc.

I just started using Ballpark, it is very neat so far, and has all the features 'I' need. May work for you, may not :-) Good luck- I have tried about 10 so far and this has been the best fit personally, you may need to do the same.
