Looking to Hire: Designer(s) for Page Backgrounds

I'm looking for someone to design a scrolling page background for my website. Almost like a Twitter page design, although not for twitter. I'm not entirely sure how to explain it, so I've listed three examples below of the kind of "page background" I'm looking for:

Looking for four background designs, each which would individually address one of the following themes:
1. Autumn (browning tree leaves, leaves falling, pumpkin patch, etc.)
2. Halloween (witches, jack-o-lanterns, skeletons, etc.)
3. Thanksgiving (pile of leaves, cornucopia, turkey, etc.)
4. Christmas/Winter (falling snow, snowmen, Christmas trees & lights, etc.)

(I have a pretty good idea of what I want each design to look like, however lack the artistic and technical ability to create them)

Not entirely concerned with the price; I care much more about getting a quality design.
