Desperately trying to complete my website: HELP WANTED

Hello,

I am currently in the middle of designing a website, but need some assistance along the way. If anyone is willing to help, by means of instant message communication (preferably MSN Messenger). I would be extremely grateful.

I am mainly struggling with getting to grips with the use of css in php pages. I've got a fairly complex system setup (a cms engine), which uses templates inside the /template/ folder on the server.
