Is BlueHost highly recommended?
Had a bad experience with my previous host so I want to make sure I'm choosing a good one this time. Found a good resource and read some positive reviews about BlueHost http://www.webhostingsearch.com/review/bluehost but I'm afraid I'm not on the right path. Would you guys share your thoughts and/or opinions on this especially to those who have hands on experience with BlueHost?

Bluehost has been around a long time and it doesn't look like they are going to disappear any time soon. However they are still a cheap shared host. In the end you get what you pay for, $6/mo gets you $6 worth of service per month.

I'm not that satisfied with my previous shared host and I think this would be a perfect choice as I'm reading good reviews about it! Thanks.

If you don't mind being lied to, I guess you might as well sign up. As VG commented, it is a large company that won't disappear overnight.
I don't have direct experience with them, so I can't recommend them personally.

Go ahead. Make sure to ask them to give you unlimited space and bandwidth.

Haven't heard any news about them.
I would suggest if you are buying them then email them before and see how much response time they are taking that would give you rough idea how responsive they are
