It really depends on what you are going to use it for, touching up photos is a lot easier now, but if it's just for webdesign, I'm not 100% sure if it has much added value. But I haven't tested out all features yet.

We've already got 5 copies of Production Premium and 2 copies of Master Collection at my office. Native 64bit AE and Premiere Pro = LOVE.
