So Spencer, What'd ya do?
Dear Mr. Spencer,
I'm writing you this open letter out of intrigue.
What could you have done to warrant charges (multiple counts I hear) of insubordination? I'm sure there's probably 1 or 2 other people that want to know why you got the boot, so lets hear both sides of the story.
Always and forever,
Jeff

Probably because Spencer has always had quite strong views on how things should be done... a bit like me tbh. I personally think he probably just overstepped the mark a little with deciding what qualifies as spam.

I'm not writing a novel of course, but, it's partly because of what 46bit said, and the fact that sometimes I can't control what I say. I usually just let how I feel all come out, when I should bite my tongue and not speak it. Or refrain from saying certain things, to certain staff members.

No, that wasn't the case here. It had to do with getting cocky and posting nasty towards an Admin. Remember folks, drinking and driving is bad! The same could also be said for drinking and posting! My apologizes to the staff team though, for doing that. I wouldn't mind being part of the team again, if a second chance would be possible in the future. I really do like being part of staff and helping out. I just need to watch my tongue sometimes. My apologizes again.

Basically yes, but he's not the Admin I was nasty to though. (VG and I usually get along great, but he does manage the staff, hence him doing the terminating of my position.) And it wasn't just one time of getting pissy with that admin either. I should have not been a "dick" to the admin at all, because we were all a team, and I should have respected the chain of command. I made some mistakes, and I need to learn from it and not do that stuff anymore. Mainly, watching my tongue and expressing my feelings in such a manner.

Salathe and I both agreed to the actions here, they were not done on impulse and they were certianly not taken lightly. Spencer's description of the situation is pretty accurate, so I will leave it at that. All I will add is that warnings were issued before we took this punitive action.
